Community Meeting December 15, 2021

The next public meeting for AltoCEP will be held at the Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club Pavilion from 6:30 to 8PM, Wednesday, December 15. Everyone is invited.

There will be announcement of several recent legal notifications concerning the Roper Concrete Batch Plant (CBP) and updated information pertinent to all local residents who are opposed to the construction of the plant near the intersection of NM-48 and Airport Road (NM-220).

Our community is supporting the opposition efforts in many valuable ways; donating auction items and services, as well as money to help cover ongoing legal expenses. However, we will continue to request donations and host silent auctions during our upcoming meetings.

/At the October 19, 2021, Lincoln County Commissioners’ meeting, several residents and business owners registered opposition to the proposed location of a Roper Construction Concrete Batch Plant.
