“I am not a Liar!”

During one of the hearing sessions before Judge John Sugg, 12th District Court, Roper’s attorney expressed outrage that her client had been called a “liar.” We didn’t. We merely observed that many of the statements in a PR campaign he launched called “The Truth about the Concrete Batch Plant” bore a strong resemblance to hay after passing through a male of the bovine species.

We invite you to read the “Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law” prepared by our attorney and draw your own conclusions about Mr. Ryan Roper. This document is being submitted to Judge Sugg as part of the Plaintiff’s arguments in the “Deed Restrictions” suit opposing the proposed plant.
