The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will be holding a discussion of Nuisance & Zoning Ordinances within Lincoln County at their next Meeting this Tuesday March 15, 2022.Additionally, a Bipartisan Statement from Chairpersons of the Republican Party of Lincoln County and the Democratic Party of Lincoln County, stating opposition to the proposed Alto Concrete Batch Plant, will be presented during the Public Comment period.
ALL PERSONS OPPOSING THE PROPOSED ALTO CONCRETE BATCH PLANT AND SUPPORTING THE NEED FOR ZONING IN LINCOLN COUNTY ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

The meeting will be starting at 8:30 a.m. this Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the Commission Chambers of Lincoln County, 300 Central Avenue in Carrizozo. The Public Comment period is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. The Nuisance & Zoning Ordinances agenda item the second agenda item after the completion of the public comment period.
if you are unable to attend in person, you may participate in the meeting via Zoom.
Zoom participants will be able to make comments during the Public Comment period, within a standard 3 minute time allocation. The full agenda and Zoom connectivity information is available HERE.
